Policies

Arrival & Appointment Times

We suggest arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to use the restroom, complete or update intake forms, discuss goals and concerns, and begin your session on time.  If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full service fee will apply. We are unable to extend appointments, as time between sessions is needed to clean and sanitize the treatment room, complete documentation, return calls, and prepare for the next client.  As such, to ensure adequate preparation time for each appointment, sessions will not begin more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We value the professional care we provide and the dedicated time we reserve for each client. Short-notice cancellations, schedule changes, and missed appointments significantly impact both our team and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee.  Payment of such is due immediately and future appointments will not be accepted until payment is made.

Intake Form & Health History

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete or update any necessary intake forms and discuss the focus of your session. Intake forms are required for all clients due to potential contraindications to massage therapy. Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Required paperwork and consultation time cannot be waived due to late arrival and may reduce hands-on treatment time. Arriving early helps us start on time and provide the safest, most effective care possible.

Professional Conduct

All treatments are professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork. There will be no inappropriate contact or conduct at any time between any client and the therapist. Should a client behave in a manner that violates this professional boundary, the session will end, the client will still be required to pay for the session in full, and they will be asked to not come back.

Scent Awareness

To help create a comfortable environment for all clients and therapists, we kindly ask that you avoid strong fragrances, perfumes, colognes, and smoking immediately before your appointment. Due to our shared indoor space, lingering scents can affect individuals with allergies, asthma, or scent sensitivities.
